Scope
This policy covers the website cryptonim.eu. It does not cover the Cryptonim application, for which separate information will apply.
What data we process
- Technical data — IP address, date and time, the page visited and browser information, recorded in the hosting provider’s logs in order to deliver the website and keep it secure.
- Correspondence — the data contained in e-mails you send us.
- We use no cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels or forms.
Purposes and legal bases
- Delivering the website and keeping it secure — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Replying to correspondence — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the message concerns entering into a contract, steps taken at your request before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients and transfers
Technical data are processed on our behalf by our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.). Correspondence is processed on our behalf by our e-mail provider. Data are transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area only on the basis of the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses. You can obtain information on the mechanism used and a copy of the safeguards by writing to office@cryptonim.eu.
Retention
Technical logs are retained for the period set by the hosting provider’s configuration and no longer than necessary for security purposes. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and then until any potential claims become time-barred.
Provision of data and automated decisions
Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply to your message. We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have them rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and, where we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR by automated means, the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or the authority in your country of residence.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies.
If you choose a language using the language selector, we save that choice in your browser’s storage (localStorage, key “cryptonim.lang”) so that the website is shown in your chosen language on your next visit. A notice next to the selector tells you that the choice will be remembered. The saved choice is never sent to the server.
